Product Overview
The Schneider BMXNOE0110 is a FactoryCast Ethernet TCP/IP network module for the Modicon M340 automation platform. It provides one RJ45 10/100 Ethernet interface, internal memory and flash-memory-card support for network communication and embedded web-service functions.
The module is designed for M340 systems requiring Modbus TCP communication, Ethernet diagnostics and FactoryCast web functionality. It can connect the PLC system to compatible HMI, SCADA, engineering and industrial Ethernet equipment.
The BMXNOE0110 must not be described as an EtherNet/IP module. M340 applications requiring EtherNet/IP communication normally use the BMXNOC0401 instead.

Compatible System and Applications
The BMXNOE0110 is suitable for M340 systems requiring Modbus TCP communication, web-based diagnostics, HMI connectivity, SCADA data exchange and remote monitoring.
FactoryCast functions may be used for embedded diagnostic or web pages, depending on the installed firmware, project configuration and browser environment.
Legacy FactoryCast pages may depend on older browser or Java components. Web-service compatibility should therefore be tested before migrating the module or workstation environment.
Maintenance and Replacement Notes
Confirm the complete BMXNOE0110 commercial reference. BMXNOE0100 is the standard Modbus TCP module without the same FactoryCast positioning, while BMXNOC0401 additionally supports EtherNet/IP.
Record the IP configuration, web credentials, FactoryCast files, firmware revision, product-version marking, memory-card contents and Control Expert project before removing the original module.
Later hardware product versions may require specific minimum firmware. Do not downgrade or transfer firmware without verifying the exact module product version.
For used equipment, check the RJ45 port, memory card, web functions, internal diagnostics and stable communication with the CPU.
